Raquel Arreola Ruiz was
born and raised in Tijuana, B.C., Mexico, with her businessman father, Amadeo;
her homemaker mother, Esperanza Ruiz; and three siblings. She attended school
in Colegio La Paz, where she received most of her education, including a bachelors
degree in accounting. She also attended the Academy of Our Lady of Peace School
in San Diego California for two years.
